Not only the doctors here are so caring about your fubabies, the staff is equally caring and treat you as a Pet parent with genuine empathy and understanding. Sadly I had to put, in this past last year, to sleep 2 of my mini schnauzers due to illness. The confort I felt both of the times, even when I was crying like a baby, was unparalleled. Everyone was nice and all communications were excellent. My cat was handled with care. The fees were thoroughly discussed ahead of time and ended up being less in the end. I received a call after the procedure from the vet and then a follow up call the next day asking how she was doing after the night. Very happy with everything.
