We had been taking our pets to another vet. A chain vet place that shall remain nameless. We arrived 1 minute after their cut off time and they would not see us even through we called saying our dog was in pain due to an ear infection and had driven from another town. We went out and my husband did a web search and found The Animal Doctor of Ventura, when we called they said bring him in early the next morning since he's in pain even though it was short notice and they squeezed us in.
