Meh, nerves in meat and they offered me certain cuts but then never responded when I asked. I go elsewhere now.

Great selection of meats and for an angry man, very friendly!
Wonderful butcher team and great meat. This is my go to place when I'm looking for a good piece of meat to smoke. I ha e gotten pork butts cut right off the left for me, a beef picanha that was soooo tasty, chicken, veal, pork chops, bacon. Doesn't matter what I get, food is excellent. Only slightly more expensive than going to the grocery store and the quality is absolutely there.
