Liz Campbell was much appreciated today in helping with an issue at hand that honestly was no longer under their control. She was kind, respectful and on the issue. she help and assisted to the best of her ability and communicated clearly with us on what steps to take for better outcome.
Generally disappointed by TAO and their lack of professionalism. They do not respond to emails for weeks at a time to address any of your issues (billing, applications, closing, maintenance, or anything time sensitive) and will only send/respond to emails if it is asking you to pay for something. My building was managed by a different company prior to TAO and I've never had to send multiple follow up emails to get something resolved. I will not live in a building managed by this company moving forward.
My building is managed by The Andrews Organization for the past year, and they have been nothing but genuine. Always responding to my emails, the same day and helping us bring our building up to NYC code.
Andrews has managed our building for the last 5-6 years and have been on the ball when it comes to returning emails and phone calls and getting jobs done around the building. This past Christmas Day afternoon, one of our boilers started to leak in the basement. We called Andrew’s emergency line and they had the plumber out within a few hours. They were incredibly kind and efficient.
My pleasure was in dealing with Elizabeth Campbell I found she is very pleasant knowledgeable in her flield. Ms Campbell always replies by email or a phone call. We need more people at the work force With such experience and dedication. I wish her well in a growing company.
