House burned down and they are fighting me on every penny . I thought insurance was there to help?? The worst don't use!!!
If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. I suffered a major loss due to a broken pipe approximately 3 months ago, which still has not been resolved. Andover hired an outside adjustment firm, who came in and acknowledged certain damages, however failed to include them in the cost of his initial estimate. After submitting multiple contractor estimates to the company, and now filing a complaint with DFS 1 week ago, we still have no resolution. This company will charge you a premium for homeowners insurance coverage then proceed to threaten or cancel your coverage over trivial things. Small amount of paint peeling on side walk......canceled! Shubs too tall.......canceled. absolutely ridiculous!
*Upgrading to 2 stars as they have reached out to listen to the pain points* Please fix your two factor authentication to allow the same phone number on multiple logins. Once done I will remove this one star review. In the future it would be wise to thoroughly test changes before rolling out.
I called because I had a question regarding my bill, when I spoke to Jill her attidue right off the bat was rude. I said " Hi, how are you?" her response - what is the policy number? Once she realized she was my insurance agent, than she started back tracking and saying how nice and bubbly I sounded.
