I called because I had a question regarding my bill, when I spoke to Jill her attidue right off the bat was rude. I said " Hi, how are you?" her response - what is the policy number? Once she realized she was my insurance agent, than she started back tracking and saying how nice and bubbly I sounded.

Extremely disappointed in Andover Companies and Cambridge Insurance Company. We have been clients with Andover Co. for 25 years. Always paid our premium on time. Kept up with repairs to our home, replaced appliances, etc. This past year we had two unforeseen problems, a dishwasher that flooded the kitchen while we were on vacation and a toilet that didn't shut off and flooded. We made claims. We received a non renewal notice when our policy was due for renewal! So much for loyalty to good customers!
Shady business practices I’d avoid at all costs. They don’t honor their own written agreements. Also don’t care about long term customer relations
