Manda is fantastic. It’s easy to log into your account and pay online and see what you owe. Would recommend.
My spouse and I sought couple’s counseling from this clinic. I would never suggest doing business with them. They failed to communicate that a balance was owed, only leaving messages stating a card needed to be placed on file. I was preparing to reach out for financial assistance but received a text asking again about the card. I indicated that we were unsure we could continue care and asked about financial assistance. Our therapist, Beth, is a dream. The office staff, however, are the absolute worst. My husband and I were never notified of when charges would be deducted from our account, nor were we advised what the copay would be. We stopped seeing Beth due to the high cost and the billing office has harassed me for weeks asking for my new debit card.
