It is horrible that you would send a staff member all the way to Albany, NY this past Thursday to stand in line at Trader Joes before 9:00 AM to purchase supplies (specifically fresh produce) for your restaurant that you were unable to acquire in your area. You needed those resources to make food for profit. Those of us who live here need it to feed our families. Now we have to compete with out of town restaurants?
