I would recommend the Anchor to anyone. The food is fantastic...so much more than typical bar food. The atmosphere is inviting and everyone working there (that I've met) is very friendly and helpful. I've had so many good conversations with the bartenders, waitstaff and other patrons alike. Oh and did I mention it's family friendly? Overall A+

Amazing burgers. Large beer selection, all extremely well rated.
Came with friends to enjoy a burger and beer. Great beer selection and the burgers were perfectly cooked. There were 6 of us and everyone's burger was great!

Cozy, warm and inviting, The Anchor was a great place for us to hang for a couple of hours while waiting to take our friend to the Trailways bus station for her return to Montreal. ... Fabulous burgers, really, some of the best we've had all year, and a thoughtfully-curated beer list, and a stone's throw from the Thruway. Big ups to The Anchor.
