After seeing a TikTok about this place and realizing it was in my neighborhood, I decided to give it a try. They were quite busy, with 5 people ahead of me in line and about 5 people waiting on their orders. When I placed my order I was told that it would be about 15 minutes for my Chorizo Con Papas sandwich. My order was placed at 9:47 a.m. I finally received my sandwich at 10:26 a.m. Certainly not 15 minutes. More than double that and definitely not acceptable. The best sourdough around. Always fresh and clean ingredients.
Pastries are good however they don’t have the capacity to service a ton of customers. They keep telling people that it’s 15-20 minutes for sandwiches however I waited an hour and half and was given a refund. A lot of people were waiting over 20 minutes for just drinks. I just think they need to reorganize how they handle incoming orders and wait times.
