We purchased this home from another state. Austin was very helpful in working with us from a distance to view and close on this home. We were able to drive out and see it once after our offer was accepted. From there, Austin took care of everything else. Several video calls for walk throughs and such. We would not have been comfortable making the purchase without his help.
