I'm not sure how this all works, or what the Ames Team did, however everything went smoothly and quick. They knew what they were doing. I had no problems at all. The Ames team is amazing, contacted Brady close to 8 months ago … explained what we were looking for ( he listened carefully ) took a little time but found us the perfect home … we found Brady to be honest, straight foreword, very knowledgeable and business savvy !!!
It has been great working with the Ames team and Abraham. They keep us posted when we have showings and have been very professional.
Unfortunately not everyone can count on getting good customer service from the Ames Team. We did all of the research and searching for the home we wanted to build in Washington by ourselves before reaching out to the Ames Team. We signed a broker agreement with Brady Ames simply to have someone local to represent us in the building process as we do not live locally.
