My biggest disappointment was the property manager and assistant manager. In my experience, there was very little empathy or genuine customer care when it came to resident concerns. You can almost sense the fake hospitality the moment you walk into the office. Every concern seemed to be met with excuses, and if you needed management, they were always "in a meeting" or behind a desk. I have found that the office staff and the maintenance guys are 100% when you need them and find time as best they can with all these apartments. I do appreciate them and enjoy living here after coming from a large house. The lawns are cared for, garbage pickup at the door, a dog park and pickleball courts. There’s a large pool and grills available for use. Just like most places there are some negatives but the positives out way the negatives. We are extremely disappointed with the management of this community. We stored our bicycles in the locked bike room, with both bikes secured using bike locks, because we believed it was a safe place. Last year, someone entered the bike room and slashed the tires on both of our bikes, costing us about $150 to replace them. Three weeks ago, the situation became much worse. Can’t recommend them enough. They worked with me and my situation and got me into an apartment quickly and without hassle. Apartment is new and well-appointed. Both office staff and maintenance crew are phenomenal.
