I typically don’t leave reviews, but I felt it necessary to share my experience for my first time there. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. I waited for an hour for a chicken burger that was dry, accompanied by fries that were notably lacking in seasoning. I hope this is an isolated incident and that improvements can be made moving forward. Thank you.
Tomato bisque was gross
I used to frequent the Loop for years awhile back but they had declined and I stopped going. Visited this on yesterday and was very pleasantly surprised. The food was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. I just may start adding it back to our rotation of restaurants.
