We just rented here, and Diana's service was very good, she is very kind and attentive, thank you for your good attention.
The leasing agent Diana has been super helpful, efficient, and made the process very easy. The property is in a great location, tucked away and quiet but very close to everything. Our apt was very clean at move in, and the gym is quite nice.
We had a tour scheduled this morning at 10:45am (saturday) and had just arrived at the property at 10:30 when we got an email saying our tour had been canceled because the apartment had already been rented. No call or any attempts were made to reach us before hand and no one was in the leasing office as it is apparently closed on Saturdays. We tried calling and could not get through to a live representative. Definitely a turn off as a prospective renter. Makes me wonder how they treat their tenants. Just moved here with my fiance. We are beyond happy with the service Diana has provided. She is very kind and truly cares about her clients! I would 100% recommend this complex. It is up to date, clean and quiet. It’s close to Tampa and also not too far from the beaches. we’re very happy we made the choice to reside here!
