Very bad service would not recommend this company. I got my solar panels on July 2022 they took 2 weeks after solar panels where delivered to install and still have not been activated to this day 1/16/23. I been calling for a week and no answer from them and I have been paying for the solar panels since October I don't see any savings when I have to pay a full light payment. They are not organized and can't give updates on when my panels will be activated at this point I shouldn't of even gotten them.

I have had my panels installed in July 2022. As of January they still are not turned on. I have contacted Alterative Solar multiple times regarding this. Alternative agreed to send me 3 checks to refund me for the time that the panels were not functional for 2022. I was told the checks were to be sent the week of the December the 19th. Only to find out that they are now "closed". Still waiting for my checks, as well as them to get my panels turned on.

System installed in early August. Company left trash in yard and equipment (extra solar panels, power storage, ect) in my driveway. My family and I had to store it in our garage after repeatedly calling and asking them to come get it. Multiple calls to get inspections done. Late September all inspections were completed. Multiple calls per week until I treated to sue them for the remove of the equipment. They came on Dec 16 2022 with the intent to have the system fully operational. This is a HORRIBLE company!!!! We have been waiting since March to have our panel installation completed. No contact from anyone and we are paying for services that have not been completed. This is really ridiculous that we have to jump through hoops to just get someone to call us. The account is under my husbands name Marcus Toney.
