Do not rent from del-properties. Not only will you have numerous problems with basic amenities (good luck getting a hot shower, a working elevator, or doing laundry) but they have decided to kick out an entire building due to their lack of care for the building, leaving hundreds of people without a place to call home during a global pandemic. Don’t waste your money.
I absolutely love this place. I've lived here since May, (about 6 months now) and I couldn't be more satisfied with my decision to make the Alps my new home.. Secure building, in a nice family friendly neighborhood in a great location. And the property manager, Angela is the BEST! She is on top of her game all the way around... And thank you to her for the professionalism that she treats her residents with.
My boyfriend and I were able to get in quickly which was greatly appreciated. Definitely a safe place from riff raff with a newborn baby! Thank you Alps!
This is a great apartment complex! Love the location and is nicely sized and priced! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable with a good response time. The property manager, Angela, is terrific at her job and goes above and beyond for her tenants!
