This place is a scam, offering me a “free” $1200 if I signed a lease within a day, my lease was never fully complete because I needed a guarantor but months later apparently I’m still in contract, their no security deposit makes it very easy to get in but impossible to get out of. Beware of their tricks to cash in on the college student.
RecommendedEverything except living on the third floor hahaha unless you like climbing 30 steps multiple times a day. To say the least my legs shall be in great shape come years end. :)
