Called them over a month ago left a msg with the owners personal receptionist, she told me that I would be contact as soon as possible, it’s been over a month and nothing. Not very good business practices on their part.
Excellent experience overall. From time of arrival to discharge, everyone was pleasant and helpful. I would prefer this over the hospital whenever possible
From initial contact to actual hernia surgery was about 2 weeks. Quite remarkable. From first contact to post op follow up they guide you through the whole process.
