I am very disappointed with the way this issue has been handled. I was overcharged $900 because of a recent move and immediately reached out to request a resolution. It has now been over a month, and I have received no resolution from management. This is frustrating and unacceptable. Please address and resolve this issue promptly.
The Alona got new management. Dom, Sierra and Alejandra. They are far more professional than any past management team and I’ve been at the Alona for almost three years. I was having issues with my neighbors being loud. They helped me and my family transfer to a different unit. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had a pleasant experience staying here. Roach infestation! I have requested for pest control to come before , but the apartment is still infested . Went last week and requested for pest control they said they would go on a Tuesday and they didn’t go went to the office told them and they told me they went a Wednesday which isn’t true because I was there the whole day and no one came .
