It's been good
Super cute, newly renovated, quiet, clean, really nice neighborhood, gated parking, and convenient to everything. I only have 1 outlet in the main room of the studio, but the kitchen has multiple outlets and there is one in the bathroom. I have an adapter for the living room/bedroom. I'm happy they have updated everything. It's modern and still has the old hardwood floors. I love it.
I have lived in this apartment for about 6 months. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone, and I look forward to leaving when my lease is up, if not before that. 1) I did not have functioning heat in my apartment until a few weeks ago after I had reached out to the management multiple times. I was using space heaters to stay warm, and at times the apartment was below 55 degrees. Additionally, when my heat was fixed, I was told that I would have a wall thermostat to change the temperature. I do not have this and it ... read more
