Kevin is truly one of the best parts of our complex! He consistently goes above and beyond to help and always provides amazing prompt service. No matter what needs to be done, Kevin is always there, quick to help, and does it all with a great attitude and an upbeat personality. You can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. We really appreciate everything Kevin does and are lucky to have someone like him taking care of our community.
As a local business owner, I understand that no business is perfect and that challenges come up. What matters is how those challenges are handled, and unfortunately, that has been the biggest disappointment during our nearly 10 years living at The Allure at Abacoa. Communication has consistently been lacking. Phone calls and emails often go unanswered, and when concerns are escalated, the corporate office has provided little to no meaningful resolution.
