We have lived at the allure for many years, and are even opening our boutique there. We absolutely love Laura and Victoria, as well as the Maintenance staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and if there is ever any maintenance issues, they are addressed immediately
Let me start off by saying this is a very nice, clean, and well-maintained place. The facilities are always spotless, the common areas are very clean, and it has a beautiful pool. The girls at the front office Victoria & Laura are amazingly helpful and kind. There are cute events during holidays where you have a chance to connect with your neighbors aswell!
I’ve been thrilled with my experience here at The Allure! The entire property is impeccably maintained—everything looks pristine and well-cared for, which really makes a difference in feeling at home. Excellent property, very good location, the entire office and maintenance team are proactive and competent.
At the end of a year, I like to review my major purchases. I have been very happy with the value of living here at the Allure apartments in Abacoa. I looked at a few apartments in the area and considered location as well as conversations with renters. The Allure location is great. I can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, music venues, and, of course, baseball. But when deciding where to live, what I really measured when speaking with building tenants was service.
