The amenities are great! The gym is really big (two-stories) and has everything I need. the pool’s always clean, there is nice new furniture, and the grills at the pool are really convenient. Any time I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been quick and helpful. Overall, it just feels like a place that’s great to live in. And it’s only a 5-minute walk to downtown Abacoa, which is ideal because there is always something going on nearby. They always host concerts, festivals, and food truck nights.
We lived in Abacoa for just over a year, and had a great experience there. The whole staff was extremely helpful and attentive, and Victoria in the leasing office is absolutely amazing. Our apartment was the perfect space for us at the time, and we will miss the great amenities and quiet neighborhood.
The location can’t be beat!! Also, love using the business center. The printer is super convenient.
My experience at The Allure at Abacoa has been extremely disappointing and detrimental to both my health and peace of mind. Shortly after moving in, my dishwasher was not working. When they attempted to fix it, they flooded my apartment in the process. I had to beg management to test for mold afterward, despite the clear risk to my health and safety.
