I lived here for two years with my fiancé. The apartment itself was fine, but the management experience made it difficult to enjoy living here. I’ve been a renter at multiple properties and have always had positive, professional relationships with management—this was by far the most unpleasant experience I’ve had. We have had an amazing experience at The Allure on 141! The location is perfect—super convenient and easy to get to, yet still feels like a great spot to relax and enjoy. The layout of the space is well thought out, making everything feel open, comfortable, and welcoming. What really made our experience stand out, though, was the incredible service from Lori and Carlos.
I moved in late 2024, I hope to stay for many years to come. When problems come up, just send a message to Lori and within a few days, its taken care of. If something breaks, submit a form and Carlos fixes it extremely quick. This is the best apartment I've stayed in, neighbors are quiet and considerate. Garages are available for rent and are in great shape. It is next to the 141 BUT you get used to it and its so convenient to be that close to the main road.
