Worst place ever from the beginning! Was at the 80 park east location. The unit was poorly built and incomplete during the 2 year stay. You can hear everything from the neighbours as there is virtually 0 soundproofing or not installed correctly. 0 help from the property manager about any recurring issue. ( never received a follow up on any if my inquiries ) , did not handle any inquiry in a timely fashion , had to reach out to a higher up contact for any task to be complete. Absolutely do not move into this building. You can hear everything your neighbors do — from early morning to late at night. Dogs constantly bark from balconies, and it gets to a point where daily life feels unbearable. Since new management took over, everything got worse. The location is excellent, with convenient access to shops and healthcare within walking distance. However, in my experience, the building has challenges with noise isolation, construction quality, and maintenance. These factors may be worth considering for potential tenants.
If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful place, this is not the right choice. The walls and floors are poorly insulated—I can hear my neighbors walking, moving furniture, and more. Noise travels easily, making it difficult to relax. Consider this before moving in if soundproofing is important to you.
Very Disappointing Living Experience Living in this building has been very frustrating. The soundproofing is terrible—I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking, flushing toilets, and their dog barking in the middle of the night. It’s impossible to relax at home. Despite these issues, management refuses to let me break my lease. I’m paying $2,000 CAD a month for constant stress, and the ongoing noise has made living here extremely difficult.
