I have stayed at the Alloy King of Prussia numerous times, and after my most recent visit I wanted to take a moment to highlight the incredible service I received from Emna at the front desk. When I first walked up to check in Emna made me feel genuinely welcomed. Her warmth, kindness, and cheerful friendliness was greatly appreciated. First, to be clear, hotel was clean, in a fantastic location, free parking, staff were nice. Problem is there was an extremely noisy air conditioner in the room, without it on couldn’t sleep due heat, with it on couldn’t sleep due noise. The fridge was also noisy too but I could have turned that off. Also, oddly, the bed wasn’t made on cleaning and there is no ceiling light in the room, all quite dark to the point of using a torch on the phone to look in bags.
