I would consider this a 2.5/3 star hotel. The lobby and bar area has been renovated which is nice. Once you get up to the higher floors, you can tell how dated and old it is. The room was spacious but was not in the best shape. Looking closely, the water faucet has calcium build up all over, the shower corners haven’t been cleaned well and the furniture sticks and doesn’t close properly. Las habitaciones estaban todas extremadamente sucias y llenas de polvo. Todo estaba sucio. Los pasillos e demás habitaciones en diferentes pisos también. Lo único que de ve limpio es el lobby. Increíble la suciedad y a ninguno de los empleados les importa, aunque se los digas todos los días.

Our stay was excellent! We booked a double queen room and were impressed from start to finish. The restaurant breakfast was outstanding, with a great menu and wonderful staff. A minor billing issue from a third-party booking was resolved quickly with no extra charges. Free parking and an overall experience that exceeded every expectation for a 4-star hotel. Highly recommended!
