We were greeted by a front desk employee who was very polite and friendly. Happy too answer any questions we had about our stay! Once we got to our room which was very clean and comfortable, I like too look around just too see if we need anything. Plenty of towels and the necessary shower gels and lotion mounted for use! I did notice a big gap in the bathroom ceiling where an attempt to repair it was dissatisfying! THE STAY FROM HELL First i would like to say DO NOT BOOK HERE! This has to be the worst stay i have ever experienced in my LIFE! I will never recommend anyone to stay here! The first room they had us in upon check in the AC leaked all over the carpet which clearly occurred before we got there because we noticed the carpet SOAKED after only being in the room for 10-15 minutes. Horrible privacy breach experience. There was a man in my room who left his clothes in there while I was out & the hotel shrugged off the entire complaint & just pushed it over with "we don't have cameras on the guest floor, so we cannot check who it was". The hotel management even insinuated that I might have a partner who entered the room when I was out solo at a business trip the entire day & only returned during dinner.
