I really enjoyed my experience living at The Allison. The property is very beautiful and well-maintained, giving it a resort-like, tranquil feel. Since most people own their units, you can tell residents care about how their place appears. I had a downstairs unit facing the parking lot with so much natural sunlight and had no bug issues whatsoever (my biggest concern before moving anywhere). I currently live here at the Allison condominiums. My car was stolen from under my carport unable to investigate due to the lack of security cameras property is not patrolled. There is absolutely no cameras. I’ve talked to several neighbors Regarding other situations that has gone unreported Renter Owner Beware before choosing The Allison Condos
Visited for a short time. 1-11-26. Lots of units. Parking and structures in good condition. Landscaping adequate. Leasing office parking area a little cramped. Unit I visited cozy, plenty of natural lighting, pool area clean with plenty of chairs. Not many speed bumps. Across from middle school. Nice residential area close to Raintree and the 101. Close to a few shopping and dining centers. Community mailbox area a little cramped.
Clean and safe
I have been living here and owning a two bedroom two bath condo for about four years. Great location and close to everything as well.
