I am a resident and have been for some time, keep in mind if you need any help from the ladies in the office they are extremely rude, they act okay when you first come to look but once your a resident they are very mean and half the time they don't even answer the phone and are never there at the scheduled times, and if you have any maintenance that you need done it doesn't ever get done properly and it takes several times to get one thing fixed. It looks like a nice place with a lot of open area and beautiful landscaping. It’s a wonderful location and I think I spoke to a property manager name, Miss LOFEN, Jennifer, I believe. Seemed like she took a lot of pride in her job.
I’m basically just doing a little browsing for local condominiums right now; however, I didn’t want to throw out a really nice compliment to who the property manager is named JEN. I find her just to be a very nice person and I would highly recommend anybody looking for a place in this beautiful area to go see her. When I get more serious, I will definitely be over there..:) ! To many stray cats that will poop and pee in front of your door just gross. The pool area needs to be treated regularly
Not Worth the Price Anymore — Proceed with Caution We lived at The Allison for 4 years, starting in a one-bedroom downstairs and later moving to a top-floor two-bedroom. Initially, the location, quiet, and relatively lower price during the COVID housing crunch kept us here. Unfortunately, things have declined.
