Stefie did my first hair balayage and it was amazing! She was really accommodating and friendly. Great customer service! The final result is worth it!
Stefie and Ali are one of the best people in this industry. My friends, my brother and I all go to The Alley to get our hair done because we trust them and they never disappoint. They are amazing people and they are absolutely talented and incredible at what they do! The prices are very reasonable and they really take good care of you and your hair. This place has a great feline greeting at the entrance. There's also a nice eco-urban interior design. Unfortunately, that is about it. My main reason for giving a one star review is that I got a service I didn't ask for. I asked for a haircut, and two hairdressers exchanged looks, and one of them asked to wash my completely clean scalp, which turned out to be a head massage, which turned out to hand me a bill that was twice as much as I expected.
