I checked in at 2:05 for my allergy shots and was the first patient there for that purpose. Despite this, I watched at least three other patients, who arrived after me for shots, get called in and finish their shots before I was even acknowledged. When I asked the front desk, they acknowledged I hadn’t been entered into the system properly, despite me calling ahead to ensure everything was set up and ready to go.
