Great place to get allergy shots, shots have made a great Difference in my allergies
I’ve had a really rough go with passive physicians lately, so I was very pleasantly surprised during my appointment with Dr. Webb. He listened to and validated my concerns, asked me questions, and went to find answers he wasn’t sure of during off time. He set me up with solid next steps and I feel very confident about my future care here.
The Allergy Group Caldwell Save yourself the time, money, and sanity! Do your research. Know that when you start the shots, you are committing to 5 years. Weekly, then after about a year, it goes monthly. Find out the hours and know they are limited! The hours and horrible customer service are why, after a year and a half,( maybe 2) we will no longer be coming here. READ BEFORE STARTING SHOTS! Would be an 0/10 stars if possible. Almost all the staff is incompetent and very lacking in the skills required to do this job. I live quite far away and have to take shots after school. showed up at 4:31 just to be told that I was one minute late and would not be receiving my shots. I have been getting allergy shots for over a year, they always change times and have random days that they don’t give shots, they will tell you that they have had signs up for a week and that we should have seen them.... read more
The staff at the front desk is beyond rude. I generally don’t leave negative reviews, but I’m extremely mad. I have 2 kids who receive allergy shots. On the first occasion, we came in 5 minutes before shot time was ending, the staff told me the wait was too long so even though I made it in time, my kids couldn’t get their shots. I couldn’t believe it, but I didn’t make it a big deal. Today I got there, went to the front desk and I was told that there was a long wait.
