If you have bad allergies that negatively impact your life, this is the place to go. I love this place. I've been doing immunotherapy for over 2 years, and my life has changed so much. I get my shots done in Preston at the doctors clinic my mom works at because it is much more convenient. They make the process seamless, and I haven't had any problems. Bad. Waited an hour for a doctor to look at me for one actual minute to tell me I have allergies. What a shock. I was at “the allergy clinic” because I thought I had malaria. Anyways then they were super shady about payments. They lady I asked just threw out every medical buzzword out she knew until I went away.
Not friendly at all, they don't give informative information to help and even then they offered one solution which of intermountain already explained to me. (By the way intermountain was so respectful and kind.) You can tell fake nice and both front desks at Cache Valley Allergy SCREAM fake nice. Not a good feeling when you know they're faking it.
