The Allen Brake team was amazing! They helped us get our house listed and closed on a super tight timeline. They connected us with a contractor and handyman who kept every repair, yard job, and painting project on schedule, as well as stagers, HVAC guy, and others - truly incredible. We always felt like a priority and got an offer on the first day of showings. Everything went so smoothly. I’m so glad we chose them. Highly recommend!!
Kim was so helpful in our home search! From start to finish, she took the time and energy to get to know us as a couple, to explain things as we were first time homebuyers, and we ended up with the house of our dreams! Couldn't recommend working with Kim enough :)
