I am trying to get in touch with them. They refused to return phone calls. The manager is horrendous.
I've been trying to get in touch with the CEO Tracey, about the return of my money for an event that didn't go through. Tracey gave me her word that she will keep in touch..WELL SINCE PHASE 4 STARTED SHE HASN'T RETURNED MY CALL OR TEXT MESSAGE. HAD HER DAUGHTER TEXT ME AND SAID HER MOM WOULD CALL ME WHEN SHE GOT HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL..STILL NO CALL OR TEXT. BAD BUSINESS PERSON. Great place for a great time, very comfortable and convenient.
I attended a friend's event in the 5th floor Crystal Room. Unfortunately, the food was absolutely terrible - 1/2 the green salad was black and rotten, the "lasagna" was disgusting, the green beans were overcooked and mushy, and even the fried chicken was bad. The kids said it all tasted like nasty cafeteria food. The only edible items were the crab cake appetizers, the rolls, and the rice. I’ve done a few events in Alhambra it’s me go to place when I need a place in Harlem to give an event .
