I have lived here 9 years in the beginning everything was much better we have gone through so many management people I forgot how many. And I am so unhappy with present management and their way of handling things. The Rentcafe is always wrong, you pay your rent and its always not corrected, I pay my rent on time every month for the last 6 years, Since the flood and Frezz I haven't been able to get the online rent pay corrected. I USUALLY PAY WITH MONEY ORDER, UNTILL COVID. Now that the new management has came in, I can't get the pay online correct yet.
