Most over-rated & over-priced hotel anywhere: King Size bed = Queen; beds & pillows feel like sleeping on bags of potatoes; breakfast: coffee tastes like hot water+no omelets on weekends+egg white frittata served warm w/ cool/chewy bacon; service very slow w/ coffee & entrees over 45 minutes after ordering. When we checked in at 1p on Friday (1/17/‘20), we were told “no rooms ready, we’ll call you when yours is”; never got call, so we came back at 4p, and front desk clerk: “sorry we didn’t call, but now it’s ready”. RecommendedWe stayed at the hotel over holiday break with our kids. Everyone was so nice and helpful from the second we pulled up to valet. We didn’t have a pack n play with us for our son and they went above and beyond to get one for us. The hotel is really nice and super convenient when visiting Winter Park. Thanks again to the staff for being so kind and welcoming!
