What a pleasant surprise. Great decor, very nice staff, extremely clean. The food at their restaurant was delicious. Definitely coming back next time I'm in Orlando.
Super Fab in every way. I love staying there .Every employee that we asked for anything about anything they were all very happy trying to try and answer my question . Always with a smile on their face .
These were the nicest people... from the front desk to the guest service personnel. It was a stressful situation to be under because of hurricane Irma but everyone was so kind to each other!!! Thank you all ❤️ Oh and the art work is just beautiful :-)
To be very honest the facility itself is great , restaurant is awesome , room is good as well , however the staff wasn't nice at all. Let me explain , front desk was disappointing, they didn't seem to care for anything we asked for , mentioned several times that we booked from Expedia ( like that should matter , especially when we tried to call them at 3 am while stuck on turnpike with 1000s of people trying to escape the storm( Irma ) and so you know , no one picked up The phone at 3am ) Long story short , place is new and ... read more
