I recently had an excellent experience working with leasing manager Tony who was an absolute delight to work with. He went above and beyond with helping me and my partner see an available unit quickly, and was very attentive, friendly, inquisitive, responsive and honest with us throughout the process, and we felt so lucky to have run into him at the right time! We're very excited, thank you Tony, a true professional!
2026 Update: Shout out to Naim (maintenance) and Kenny once again. Through the years, these two have made me feel taken care of. This building’s design resembles a Jenga tower. It’s playful and creative. The apartment layouts are equally appealing with clean lines, angles and cutouts; you won’t feel like you’re living in boxes. The space is elegant and ergonomic. I love the Building it's nice, clean and Quiet and the staff very helpfull..
Very well maintained and beautiful building. Management is very responsive and helpful especially dave namery and kenny. Concerns are addressed immediately and taken seriously. The building is beautiful and the people who work there just make it even better. Lovely common areas and beautiful apartments!
This is a really nice modern building! All the amenities are first class, Gym, Lounge with a deck, Rooftop deck with NY skyline views, Laundry (our apt has in-apartment W/D too) Everything is well maintained, clean, and secure. Kenny, the Concierge, is soooo helpful. He's a superstar!!! Park Slope is a great neighborhood. Parks, Shops, some good Live Music, and any type of Restaurant you ask for. A very local feel, minutes by subway from Broadway, the Museums, you name it.
