We just moved in and noticed an issue with the AC, they were extremely quick to order a replacement and came in and exchanged it for a brand new one. So far we’ve had great experiences with the leasing agent Tony, the super Naim, and of course the doorman Kenny! All our issues have been addressed in a timely manner and have made living here great. Thank you to the team here at the Alexey!

Very well maintained and beautiful building. Management is very responsive and helpful especially dave namery and kenny. Concerns are addressed immediately and taken seriously. The building is beautiful and the people who work there just make it even better. Lovely common areas and beautiful apartments! Just want to add niam is amazing! Hard working and reliable!!
We lived here the past year and had a great experience! We love Kenny and Naim, they are so helpful and kind. It’s a safe neighborhood. Building is very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend the building!
