Very well maintained and beautiful building. Management is very responsive and helpful especially dave namery and kenny. Concerns are addressed immediately and taken seriously. The building is beautiful and the people who work there just make it even better. Lovely common areas and beautiful apartments!
This is a really nice modern building! All the amenities are first class, Gym, Lounge with a deck, Rooftop deck with NY skyline views, Laundry (our apt has in-apartment W/D too) Everything is well maintained, clean, and secure. Kenny, the Concierge, is soooo helpful. He's a superstar!!! Park Slope is a great neighborhood. Parks, Shops, some good Live Music, and any type of Restaurant you ask for. A very local feel, minutes by subway from Broadway, the Museums, you name it.
Beautiful building with some of the kindest most attentive staff across departments I’ve worked with in New York apartments. Tony the building manager always advocated for our needs as tenants and made himself readily available when a lease takeover situation was necessary and was incredibly patient. The amenities are beautiful and Kenny the doorman and Naeem the super are both extremely kind and helpful. My time at the Alexey was an absolute pleasure
Living in the Alexey Building has felt like a calming oasis amidst the big city hustle. The apartment is aesthetically beautiful and well kept, while the common areas are always clean and maintained. Kenny, the doorman, goes above and beyond in his welcoming presence and practical assistance. If you ask, he will make sure it’s tended to. We were lucky to find The Alexey about a year ago! Living in this apartment building has been a great experience. The service provided by the staff truly sets this building apart. Kenny, the doorman, is always friendly and ready to lend a hand. The two handymen are efficient and responsive, ensuring any maintenance issues are quickly resolved.
