I’ve only been living here for 2 weeks and it’s horrible. They have a serious bug and roach problem seeing bugs everyday. The noise level is ridiculous. People running and screaming all day and night. There have already been car burglaries and people breaking into the fire extinguisher boxes outside of my apartment. I’ve lived here a month & it’s been lovely! The staff is friendly and the property is quiet & clean. I love all the amenities & have enjoyed using them regularly. I’m so happy to be a part of this community! Update: The first three months were the only lovely months during my nearly year-long stay here. After a complete staff turnover, my experience declined significantly, going from great to less than subpar. I haven’t moved in yet and still I had to leave a review on the office presentation and customer service. Ally and the office manager Jamie are very punctual and responsive. I came by today to give my money order to Jamie and unfortunately she was at lunch. But even though I didn’t meet her physically she has been helping me over the phone with care and confidence. I am sure I will be comfortable with my home and I am confident that these ladies will get everything done as needed !
If I could leave zero stars I would. I paid 1800 dollars to move in here that was nonrefundable extra payment due to not enough of a credit history in place of a security deposit (I can understand it, I had references and made more than enough to pay rent it was fine, nothing was ever late etc.) I was only in the apartment 3 or 4 days of the last month of rent and turned in my keys early on August 21st.
