I love the Alexandria. It’s been a great experience staying here. The amenities are great, the place is clean, and the the staff is wonderful. Jamie, Sarah, and Nyah have been nothing short of wonderful and if you’re looking for a great place to live then I highly suggest you come to the Alexandria.

Worst customer service ever. They called to let me know they needed more documentation for the VOI. Once I told her we decided to go somewhere else. She hung up but called right back and said I’m sorry I dropped my phone. During my tour the breezeways were disgustingly gross and the apartment still needed to be cleaned. Never showed me any of the amenities. Both assistant manager and manager were too busy doing paperwork to take the time away from their desk to give me full attention as a prospect looking for a new apartment... read more
I’ve only been living here for 2 weeks and it’s horrible. They have a serious bug and roach problem seeing bugs everyday. The noise level is ridiculous. People running and screaming all day and night. There have already been car burglaries and people breaking into the fire extinguisher boxes outside of my apartment. The glass sat there for almost the full 2 weeks I’ve been here before anyone even cleaned it up after I had already called to report it and asked them too.
