we moved here a year ago with my kids. we love it here. Sophia and her staff are very nice and are always right there when we need them .

I lived for about 2 and a half years the treatment and service in the Apartment was excellent, when I arrived from Puerto Rico to settle in Fort Walton Beach it was very difficult for me to get a house or apartments but Sophia was an angel that God put me in my way and in less than a week I already had an apartment and these are things that I will never forget. Thank you Sophia and maintenance employees for such an excellent job.

We have lived here over 2 yrs and have been well satisfied. safe, family, and pet friendly environment. Our 3 br apartment has washer/dryer hookups. Friendly staff. Just wish there was a pool! Overall, very good place to call home.
I have had nothing but a positive experience at the Alexandria. The management staff and the maintenance staff have always been top-notch Courteous and polite people. Every single maintenance problem I have had has been fixed in a timely manner once reported. I could not ask for a better experience in renting
Great location, great price, and great service. Never had any complaints. If I was staying in the area I would definitely renew my lease.
Moved in here a year ago when my husband passed away I have my seven-year-old grandson with me we are very happy with the apartment the grounds are kept up very well but the most important thing to me being an elderly woman with a child I feel very safe here they allow no riffraff at all , my grandson and my two for babies love it here just signed our second year lease!
