Best rental experience ever. Landlord is super responsive and helpful.
It is amazing how this building has been given new life and with such beautiful and luxurious apartments! The owners' attention to detail and design aesthetic are extraordinary. The neighborhood leaves nothing to be desired. Surrounded by other residences with friendly neighbors (all happy to be living downtown!) - from this apartment you can walk to a dozen great restaurants, the theaters and the arena!
I lived at The Alexandre for over a year and it was a great experience! The apartments are nicely designed with good finishes, it's pretty quiet for those who work from home, and the neighbors are nice. The landlord, Amy, is often in the building checking on things and has been great to work with during my time in Buffalo.
