I came home the other day and it was the Fourth of July weekend and my air conditioner wasn’t working. I went downstairs and asked the concierge about it and she called a Amel who is the maintenance manager here and he came over within 15 minutes to check what happened. He explained to me that he could not repair it because he needed to go on the roof for something and he couldn’t do that in the dark, which I understand. Excellent
Visited a friend, the place is nice but the garage design is terrible
My husband and I went to view the apartments, and the leasing agent, Aliyah, was VERY personable and kind. While other leasing agents we met at other locations came across very transactional, she was a refreshing change. Also, we do know people who live in the building who speak very highly about living there.
I've had a great experience living at The Alexander. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, and the community amenities make day-to-day living very convenient. I especially appreciate the fitness center, pool area, and comfortable common spaces for working remotely. The location is excellent, with easy access to Alexandria, Arlington, and major commuter routes. The staff has always been friendly and responsive whenever I've needed assistance.
