[Long Post Alert]: Thinking about leasing at The Alexander? Think again. Since January 2024, I’ve dealt with strong, constant odors in my unit due to unresolved ventilation issues. Despite four months of complaints, documented evidence, and promises from the leasing office, nothing has been resolved. Liz and Paola are awesome! Very nice and knowledgeable. They both take their time to explain everything and do so with a smile. The building is beautiful with a good number of amenities, and the apartments are cute.
