I've been an Alexander resident for four years. My experience since Bozzuto took over two years ago has been OUTSTANDING. After leasing in cities around the country, this has been my best experience. I know I speak for other residents in saying that Kyle, Paola, and Liz go out of their way to make sure we feel valued and our needs are met.

The staff was very responsive and energetic. The apartment was clean and great deal for what you're getting. I only wish I didn't have to transfer, or I would have taken this place.
The staff is always friendly. And the amenities are great. Has a nice gym and the outdoor area is relaxing
The Alexander have made it easy and worth it to live here. The new staff overall is absolute gas and Liz, Paola, Kyle, Aliyah, and the rest make everything easy. Also there’s friend-shaped furry friends everywhere ↕️
