I just moved in two weeks ago and I couldn't be happier!! Everyone in the main office has been so helpful, caring and friendly. My partner was having a hard time and Mr Kyle, Ms Liz, Ms Paola and the rest of the building staff took amazing care of him. They contacted EMS and waited until they arrived. They've helped me learn all the Alexander systems and made for a very smooth move!! 10/10!!!!!
The management team is truly exceptional, they are always supportive, kind and go above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and well taken care of. A special shout-out to Liz, Kyle, and Paola. They always greet you with a warm smile and genuinely care about how you’re doing. Whether it’s checking in, helping with a request, or simply brightening your day, they’re always there with kindness and professionalism. It’s clear that the whole team puts in their best effort every single day.
It's been a safe and comfortable place to live. Can't say enough good things about the front office staff!
I’ve lived at The Alexander for over 7 years, and I can honestly say the experience has never been better since Bozzuto took over management. [Long Post Alert]: Thinking about leasing at The Alexander? Think again. Since January 2024, I’ve dealt with strong, constant odors in my unit due to unresolved ventilation issues. Despite four months of complaints, documented evidence, and promises from the leasing office, nothing has been resolved. Multiple staff—including the property manager and maintenance—acknowledged the issue, even traced it to “another floor”, but have failed to fix it.
