The apartments are nice and so is the team. Maintenance is good also. The location is ideal only thing, I will say the current residents that live here are gross, they don’t pick up after their dog……cleanliness and manners weren’t taught in their household apparently. Love the building tho!
I toured The Alexander twice with Aliyah and Monica and never got around to writing a review, but I recently received a survey that prompted me to finally share my experience. I ultimately didn’t lease here at the time, but one of my friends recently did, and he has been raving about his experience so far. I’m actually waiting for my current lease to end so I can hopefully move closer to him. Very disappointed with my experience. Due to their own mistake, money was incorrectly deducted from my security deposit. Even after I brought the issue to their attention, they still have not returned the money to me, and a long time has already passed. It is extremely frustrating to deal with a financial loss caused by their own error and then have to wait so long without receiving the money back. The whole process has been slow and inconvenient. I would not recommend this management company based on my experience.
My son left his tablet by the elevator area. But Keira kept it at the front desk safely and gave it to us. She was so kind and sweet. This will definitely make us want to live even longer. Kudos to Kiera.
I had an amazing tour at The Alexander, and I can't recommend Aliyah enough! She was incredibly honest, informative, and super personable throughout the entire tour. She answered all of my questions without making me feel pressured and gave me a genuine feel for the community. One thing that really stood out was how many residents stopped to say hello to her.
