Maintenance is always keeping the property clean, trimming trees, gathering leaves and so forth. The office staff make every effort to accommodate your needs. Verified Renter The Alexandar has been a great property to be at. The staff is very friendly, fast responding, and knowledgeable. If any person is doing something wrong, the staff is on it like white on rice, keeping it a very pleasant place to live. They also do very fair rent increases at the end of your lease, you never feel taken advantage of (like I've heard from friends in other locations).

The maintenance guys are friendly as well & very prompt and professional. I think the Alexandar is a wonderful place to live esp for a working person.

Verified Renter l have stayed in this complex for almost 2years.It's home away from home and safe and clean and most importantly the staffs makes it more worth staying here. Having said that, the staffs ( Property Manager Dee Dee is so understanding and very helpful when you need her most. We've found there to be little-to-no noise throughout the evenings, however we definitely don't mind the kiddos & pups running around in the day!
