I moved in June 19th 2022. There hasn’t been consistent Hot water in my apartment for 4.1/2 months in this building !!! Freezing temperature outside , snowing , and management still doesn’t fix the issue. This building has had 8 violations and more than 100 complaints in the 4 months because of NO hot water (check hpd site) Poor management, cheaply made building. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.
