I have had an extremely positive experience in every respect with respect to the Aldyn. It is a first rate property and the service and responsiveness of the leasing office was the best I have ever experienced. Jazmin did a fantastic job with the tour, explaining the highlights of the property and effectively answering any questions I had. Neeta ensured the application process was seamless. It was a pleasure to work with such professional and collegial team members.
The Aldyn has a great location and beautiful views, and the front desk staff are generally courteous and professional. The building itself presents as luxury and the amenities are well maintained. However, my experience over the past several months has been significantly impacted by repeated water leaks in my unit. The issue occurred multiple times, affected walls and ceilings, and required ongoing follow-up.
