I bought a new CT5 from easy-going gentleman and salesman Scott Platt who made me feel very comfortable. I had been to the dealership before inquiring about a new car and never felt pressured. My CT5 is beautiful and I’m so pleased.
I went to look at an XT4 up close and personal. A sales person came out and helped me. No pressure. He even let me sit in the one in the show room. Gave me his card. Not slot of cars there but he told he could get what I wanted from another dealer. Lease or buy. Very helpful.
I absolutely love my 2019 Cadillac XT4! I want to thank Rich the salesman and the entire team at Alderman for such a memorable experience. I recommend anyone in the market for a new or preowned vehicle to visit this dealership. Words can't express how happy I am!!!
