My husband was at the Des Plaines location and was tossed back to the local hospital for claims that my husband's insurance was not valid. The hospital in turn sent him back and said they couldn't just send him to ER for a medical emergency just because they didn't want to deal with him. I have my mother and Wentworth rehabilitation center. She had been neglected by my father and had a APS case active the facility allow both abusers inside the nursing home, as well as never went by the protocol that was inside my mother’s care plan. The workers are very. They had a social worker that had only been doing a job for two months that violated HIPAA facility has made it so awful and it’s almost impossible to call the national number cause it goes straight to voicemail.
