I’ve been using the Alaska Club since the 90’s and couldn’t live without it! It’s the only gym I’ve ever used with scanner access which allows me to work out quite literally 24/7 365. I worked out on the 4th of July, Xmas and New Year’s Eve last year! The staff is also amazing especially the GM Stacy!

They took the only women’s club in town away for another trampoline park. They also moved the kids club area to a tiny room with no windows where it’s super hot with a giant screen and no fun physical activities, the kids always come out dazed and confused. I’m sure this is a money deal, zero consideration for what members want. But good thing they upgraded the signs for the club on Tudor, great money spend while facilities are falling apart

The West club is always so clean. There are several people cleaning all the time. I love my strength classes. Thank you .

Changing my review as I will no longer be taking my family here after being treated like scum by Stacy the operations manager and Genevieve in accounting. There are always kids in the 21 and over locker rooms. They do not enforce any rules at these clubs! The pool water is nasty also. They allow people to go on video chat, record, and take pictures in the locker rooms. Look at the other reviews and you can clearly see people taking selfies in the locker rooms! They will double charge you, deny it and act like its your fault ... read more
