I've worked with AK through two home sales and moves and she has been an amazing resource both times. She works with talented photographers and stagers and ensured my home looked its best. She provides straightforward, honest advice about strategy and offers, and she was able to get my homes sold for better prices than I had expected (both times through very different real estate markets).

AK was a blessing when we had to quickly sell our house and move across the country with two toddlers! She helped get the word out with mailers and brochures, got our house ready for showings in under a week (this included cleaning and staging!), and kept in constant communication with us through the entire process! We don't think we would have been able to get the value out of our first home in such a quick turnaround without her!

I first worked with AK in 2017 with the purchase of my home. She was fantastic then, helping me find the perfect place. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Denver Metro area and always willing to answer questions and provide insight. Based on that wonderful experience, I worked with her last year to sell a home and once again, she went above and beyond. We have worked with AK Riley on both selling our home and buying our new home. In both cases, she made the process go very smoothly for us.
