Nice people...when they show up. We've required two service calls this summer. For the first one, no one showed up and no one called; had to call again the next day to schedule again. This time, they scheduled us and tech didn't show up. We called again and were assured we'd be taken care of today. Finally showed up at 8pm. Seems like no one there knows what's going on. Terrible service.
