I almost got charged $765 to change a capacitor on my AC. The capacitor costs $30 at Homedepot, and changing it takes 5 minutes. I would have paid $89 for the diagnostic charge, plus a reasonable amount for labor and driving to my house. Fortunately the technician gave me the opportunity to decline the work. Very professional process and installation. The team was thorough, friendly, and went the extra mile (like leaving work area spotless after the job). Great group of people.

Guillermo was amazing!!! The whole experience really was great. I had repeated issues with getting HVAC services for my type of unit, and was desperate after being out of AC for a week. I submitted an inquiry form on the Air Company on a Friday night and by 7:30a the next day I had an appt schedule for that afternoon. The Full Air Co. Team did a great job in diagnostic, laying out what options had and agile full unit replacement. Really appreciated the transparency and quality they provided to me during the whole process. Would highly recommend.
