I had a great experience with Guillermo the technician who came out this morning. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to look at what my AC was doing and explain everything to me in a way I could understand. He noticed that my thermostat was acting irregularly and gave me clear guidance on what to look for moving forward.
