This has been the worst agency I have ever dealt with. The agents are less than acceptable. They have made unacceptable mistakes. What you can do is answer your phone. Return my call, to fix the matter of me not having insurance coverage for four months.

Since purchasing a home, I have received several requests from Ahbe group about the start of a homeowners policy that I had never signed up for, including multiple requests for payment. this payment requests have included several threats to send to collections for coverage that I did not agree/request at any time do to non-payment as I have my legitimate policy already. I do not appreciate being threatened with collection for policies that I did not request or approve.
They raised our rates significantly to the point they were about 80 percent over other options. Then they did not cancel the policy on our request.
