VERY poor experience with him. Terrible communication. He took my sign & key & never told me my house was off the market. I had to find out through another realtor that called & said "I see your house is off the market." I had agreed to lower the price of the house 10k every month & he agreed to that. He then drops me cold turkey bc I didn't lower the house price. What the hell? My coworker's son used "The Agency of Matthew Grass" & she said it didn't end well either. BEWARE!!!!
