I Sold and bought with Damian Volante. He is shady and a fly by night Real estate agent. He did not check warranties permits or disclosures to the property I purchased with him which has serious ongoing issues and was not a as is purchase . the city of Ecorse Chief of building and safety inspector was here 3 hours and stated it was not passed And violations were not corrected.
